What’s the role?
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help build and evolve our Digital Banker platform within the Customer Engagement Technology team. You’ll work on our UNITE program, focused on simplifying systems and processes so our people can deliver better experiences for customers every day.
This is a full time permanent role based on the Gold Coast, offering hybrid working so you can enjoy flexibility while staying connected to your team. You’ll collaborate in cross functional squads, design and build modern digital solutions, and play a key role in improving how technology supports our frontline teams.
You’ll be hands on with development, working across JavaScript, Node.js and React, designing APIs, keeping applications secure and scalable, and helping solve complex technical challenges. You’ll also share your knowledge, support other engineers, and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
What do I need?
• Experience building and supporting customer facing digital applications
• Strong skills across JavaScript, Node.js and React
• Experience with modern engineering practices, architecture and API design
• A focus on quality, security and performance in everything you build
• A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing
