The Senior Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering end to end data solutions that enable business intelligence, informed decision making, and successful execution of both regulatory and strategic initiatives. Operating within a multidisciplinary squad, this role is responsible for sourcing, extracting, moving, and modeling data to build robust data assets and create impactful reporting solutions.
A key focus of the role is ensuring reliability and quality across all data processes by adhering to established controls and best practices. As a senior member of the team, the engineer also contributes to capability building by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and supporting ongoing upskilling across the squad. Additionally, the role actively drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data systems, processes, and solution delivery.
