About the role

We’re looking for a senior project/program leader who speaks fluently Finnish and English and enjoys building structures that people actually use. In this role, you will shape and govern our TCP global project delivery methodology (about 40% of your capacity) and, at the same time, lead major global projects end-to-end (about 60%). The combination is intentional: you’ll improve the system, and you’ll prove it works in real delivery.

You won´t be alone. The role is part of the TCP´s Engagement Management Office, which groups together all experts from this area, collaborating to achieve the best standards

What you will do

Establish, roll out and mentor the project delivery methodology

  • Define a clear, lightweight delivery framework (stage gates, minimum artefacts, routines, templates) that fits how we deliver.

  • Design and run the rollout and people enablement

  • Actively execute practical training, mentoring and regular coaching of less-senior members

  • Embed the methodology into daily work: reporting rhythm, tools/templates, onboarding and coaching.

  • Continuously improve the methodology based on measurable feedback from live projects.

  • Lead a major global project (approx. 60%)

  • Own delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks/issues, and stakeholder management.

  • Lead cross-functional, international teams and create a calm, reliable steering cadence with the customer.

  • Drive forecasting and financial control with transparency and discipline.

  • Coordinate interfaces into AMS where relevant, while the dedicated AMS engagement lead runs day-to-day service operations.

  • Bring structure into complexity: keep decisions documented, escalations clean, and outcomes predictable.

What we are looking for

Must-haves

  • Senior experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects/programs in an international setup.

  • Proven ability to build delivery standards (methodology, governance, templates, training) and drive adoption.

  • Strong financial and commercial awareness: budgeting, forecasting and delivery margin discipline.

  • Excellent communication: confident with customer steering committees and internal leadership.

  • A pragmatic mindset: you simplify without oversimplifying, and you keep teams focused on outcomes.

  • Speak fluently Finnish and English

  • Nice to have

  • Experience in ServiceNow delivery environments (projects plus ongoing development/AMS interfaces).

  • Background across agile and plan-driven delivery, with the judgment to choose what fits.

  • Experience building or scaling delivery capability in Finland or comparable environments.
