WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Energy Specialist. You will be the driving force behind our energy strategy at the corporate level. You will lead initiatives such as solar (PV) programs, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure - ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You’ll define and implement company-wide standards and ensure each country’s projects align with our overarching vision.

Location: Prague (Czech Republic) preferred, open to other European P3 locations.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Set the corporate energy strategy to ensure competitiveness of P3 assets and oversee its implementation.
• Lead and oversee corporate renewable energy initiatives (PV solar programs, BESS, etc.).
• Oversee EV readiness (incl. for trucks), approach and implementation.
• Work with the Development & Construction Teams, assess existing P3 specs and set power capacity standards (including potential future tenant and market requirements) for new developments
• Support P3 acquisition efforts and due diligence, assess power/energy related risks
• Assess existing assets’ power related risks and opportunities in cooperation with local teams and consultants
• Advise and support local AM/PM teams with power- related inquiries
• Assess current power purchase agreements in place, ensure P3 has an optimized approach for energy purchase in each country.
• Track energy pricing trends, stay on top of emerging energy technologies and integrate them into strategy.
• Track portfolio data and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific energy regulations and directives.
• Develop and maintain energy performance benchmarks across countries and asset types.
• Support delivery of ESG strategy and reporting, including carbon reduction targets and net-zero pathways.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Min.10 years of experience in setting and executing energy strategy at a corporate, multi-country level
• Strong background in energy management, renewable technologies, and infrastructure planning
• Experience in large real estate or logistics portfolios preferred
• Ability to combine technical energy expertise with strong commercial acumen
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build, shape, and embed an in-house energy function across diverse teams and markets
• Leadership skills with a consultative approach - hands-on when needed, strategic always
• Fluency in English
