You're looking to contribute to the transformation of the transport sector towards a greener and more sustainable future. You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.



In this role, you'll:


Join a high performing team delivering complex energy programs. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across renewable and commercial energy, including zero emission bus (ZEB), solar PV, battery storage, energy efficiency, electrification and EV charging. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and stakeholder engagement to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.

You will drive practical, commercially sound project outcomes in a regulated, multi-stakeholder environment, navigating approvals, managing risks, and translating technical solutions into clear, actionable outcomes.

This permanent position is located at the Elizabeth Street office in Sydney CBD. The role is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures.

About you


Your hands-on experience across renewable energy, commercial energy, or a blend of both will assist in delivering complex, interdependent projects while maintaining control of cost, time and quality. Experience gained directly in the field will be key to your success.

You're recognised as a delivery-focused project leader, skilled at engaging stakeholders and solving complex challenges with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to required standards.
