You're looking to contribute to the transformation of the transport sector towards a greener and more sustainable future. You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.

In this role, you'll:

Deliver high quality reporting, operational, and strategic support for energy and decarbonisation projects. You will contribute to the smooth delivery of initiatives spanning across solar PV, battery storage, energy efficiency, electrification and EV charging infrastructure.

You will manage project financial and procurement processes, prepare contract and technical documentation, and ensure critical business data is accurate, timely and accessible. You will underpin this work with a solutions-focused approach, working with subject matter experts to resolve technical problems as they arise.

This permanent position is located at the Elizabeth Street office in Sydney CBD. The role is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures. This includes a combination of required onsite attendance at the Elizabeth Street office and approved remote working. Occasional site visits may be required depending on project needs.

About you


You’re recognised as a proactive and dependable operator, skilled at managing multiple complex projects, experienced in supporting multidisciplinary teams, and comfortable navigating financial and reporting systems to keep projects running smoothly.

You have experience in a similar role with strong organisational capability, analytical mindset and confidence with business systems, formed across project delivery or technical roles. Experience with technical and/or engineering projects, especially electrical infrastructure or energy efficiency projects, will be highly regarded.
