We’re looking for our next Senior Enablement Specialist. Could It Be You?
As a Senior Enablement Specialist, you are the architectural engine bridging the gap between Product innovation and Frontline execution. You translate complex product roadmaps into high-impact, user-centric documentation and manage the critical logistics of operational readiness. Leveraging an AI-first toolkit, you proactively optimize workflows and mitigate project risks to ensure our support teams are empowered to navigate change with speed and precision. In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Technical Asset Mastery: Owning the lifecycle of internal knowledge base (KB) content, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with the Product Roadmap.
• Process Translation: Acting as the bridge between Product/SMEs and the frontline, simplifying sophisticated financial workflows into digestible internal guides.
• Governance & Hygiene: Conducting monthly audits of the Knowledge Base to eliminate "content debt" and ensure searchability/SEO optimization for internal users.
• Enablement Execution: Supporting the rollout of new features by creating "Day 1" readiness materials, including macros, FAQs, and troubleshooting trees.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Analyzing KB usage metrics to identify knowledge gaps and proactively resolve them before they impact Customer Experience (CX).
So are YOU our next Senior Enablement Specialist? You are if you…
• Completed post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Organizational Change, or equivalent practical experience.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Technical Writing, or Enablement Operations.
• Have experience with knowledge base software, project management tools and High proficiency in AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Google NotebookLM) to accelerate content drafting, alongside Jira, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Have exceptional communication skills using “plain-English”; a proven ability to distill technical jargon into simple, digestible internal guides.
• Have demonstrated ability to track multi-step initiatives and meet rigid deadlines without sacrificing documentation quality.
• Have unwavering attention to detail; you ensure every help article and guide is flawless.
• Can keep stakeholders informed and flag execution risks early to ensure documentation stays on track.
• Are able to manage multiple content tasks effectively without compromising on quality or deadlines.
• Are committed to learning Questrade’s business and the client journey to improve the relevance of our enablement assets.
Additional kudos if you…
• Have previous exposure to the stock market or financial services.
• Are familiar with basic project coordination or documentation workflows (e.g., Jira, Asana) to keep tasks organized.
• Have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Compensation Information:
• Base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
• The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
