  • Maintain payroll records and generate payslips, IR8A, and year-end employer tax reporting (e.g. IR8A) documentation.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for leadership and Finance.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires across all Temus business units
  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-boarding communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Liaise with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure Day 1 readiness, including equipment, access, and workspace.

  • Collect and verify new hire documentation and update HRIS accurately.

  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for resignations, contract endings, and retrenchments.
  • Coordinate exit clearances across IT, Finance, and line managers to ensure timely asset returns and system access revocation.
  • Prepare cessation letters, final salary computations, and CPF cessation submissions.
  • Conduct or coordinate exit interviews and surface key insights to the People & Culture leadership team.
  • Ensure all leaver records are accurately updated in HRIS and payroll systems.

Insurance & Benefits Enrolment

  • Administer group insurance schemes including Group Hospitalisation & Surgical (GHS), Group Term Life (GTL), and Group Personal Accident (GPA).
  • Manage employee enrolments, additions, deletions, and amendments with insurance providers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee insurance queries and claims coordination.
  • Support the annual benefits renewal exercise and prepare cost comparisons for leadership review.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure all eligible employees are correctly enrolled.

Employee Requests & HR Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses.
  • Process employee requests including employment verification letters, salary confirmation letters, and other ad-hoc HR certificates.
  • Manage the HR inbox and ensure SLA adherence for employee request turnaround.
  • Support HR projects, policy reviews, and process improvement initiatives as directed by the Head of People & Culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on HR operations or generalist experience, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.

  • Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, HRIS platforms (e.g. DarwinBox or equivalent) and third-party vendors such as TMF.
  • Exposure to work pass administration (EP/SP/DP) is strongly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy in payroll and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to draft professional HR correspondence independently.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems and digital tools is a plus.
