Job Description

This role will play a key role in enhancing benefits awareness, improving employee engagement, and ensuring benefits information is accurate, accessible, and easy to understand. The successful candidate will partner with regional and country HR teams, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective benefits communication and support regional benefits initiatives.

Benefits Communication & Employee Experience

• Own and maintain APAC askHR benefits knowhow articles, ensuring all benefits information remains accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Design and manage employee communication templates for various benefits related initiatives and programs.
• Gather employee feedback regarding benefits and identify opportunities to enhance the overall benefits experience, communication effectiveness, and engagement.
• Develop and execute employee-focused benefits communication strategies to improve benefits awareness, understanding, and utilization across APAC.

Digital Platforms

• Support global and regional benefits system implementation activities, including initial setup, data uploads, data maintenance, and ongoing content updates.

• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of benefits website and other employee self-service resources.

Stakeholder Engagement & Employee Relations Support

• Collaborate closely with field HR, HR Ops teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of benefits initiatives.
• Support assigned countries in preparing management presentations, business cases, and communication decks for benefits-related discussions.
• Support communication activities with employee representative committees, works councils, labor unions, and other employee forums where applicable.

Required

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Above 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Human Resources, Employee Brandings, Communications, or related areas.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to translate complex benefits information into clear and employee-friendly communications.

Preferred

• Experience managing HR content platforms, SharePoint sites, intranet pages, or employee portals.

• Experience working with labor unions, employee representative groups, or works councils.
