We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Embryologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced embryology laboratory activities and will contribute to the delivery of high-quality IVF and ART services.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform and supervise day-to-day embryology laboratory activities.
• 
  Handle and assess astrocytes, sperm and embryos according to established laboratory protocols.
• 
  Perform IVF and ICSI procedures.
• 
  Assess fertilization and embryo development.
• 
  Perform embryo grading and selection.
• 
  Support fresh and frozen embryo transfer cycles.
• 
  Perform cryopreservation and thawing of embryos and gametes.
• 
  Maintain accurate laboratory records and traceability documentation.
• 
  Monitor laboratory quality-control parameters.
• 
  Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality and infection-control procedures.
• 
  Participate in the development and implementation of laboratory SOPs.
• 
  Support junior embryologists and laboratory staff.
• 
  Work closely with reproductive medicine physicians and other members of the IVF team.
• 
  Participate in quality improvement, audit and laboratory performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Embryology, Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Biomedical Science or a related discipline
  .
• 
  Relevant professional training in clinical embryology/ART.
• 
  Significant experience working in an IVF laboratory.
• 
  Strong practical experience with IVF and ICSI.
• 
  Experience with embryo culture, assessment and cryopreservation.
• 
  Strong understanding of laboratory quality-control and traceability systems.
• 
  Candidates should meet the applicable Saudi professional/regulatory requirements for their profession.
