We are a people company. Our experienced, skilled and passionate people empower customers and partners to meet their challenges through best-in-class, user-friendly solutions. And we are a technology company. We help our customers and partners optimize processes through our software, hardware and services and through our support. Connecting people and technologies provide the means to accomplish goals and ambitions and gain a competitive edge in today’s digitalized world.
Join a small but skilled embedded team responsible for building and maintaining the Linux-based operating system platform for our industrial HMI products. In this role, your work will have a direct impact on the reliability, security, and long-term success of our platform strategy.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Architect, and your teammates to turn platform requirements into robust, secure, and easy-to-maintain solutions. We value open communication and shared ownership—your ideas and perspectives will help shape both technical decisions and platform direction.
You are a true team player who enjoys learning new technologies while also sharing knowledge and supporting others. You’re comfortable voicing your opinions with both the team and other stakeholders, and you take pride in contributing to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
As a senior developer, you're expected to understand the wider context in which our products are used. You can communicate complex technical topics clearly—whether you're talking to fellow engineers, architects, or less technical stakeholders.
We value strong technical foundations, but mindset is just as important. You do not need to meet every requirement below; what matters most is that you are curious, collaborative, and comfortable taking responsibility for the product as a whole.
