This Is Not a Typical PM/ Estimating Role:

At Dairyland Energy, you will have the opportunity to help lead and grow a major portion of our business.

You will oversee estimating and project management activities, mentor and develop estimators, and help identify new revenue opportunities while shaping the future direction of our company.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing accurate, competitive estimates
• Identifying new business and revenue opportunities
• Developing client and contractor relationships
• Improving estimating workflows and processes
• Execute project management and operational quality
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives
• Helping drive profitability and long-term success

Depending on your strengths and interests, the role includes a blend of estimating, project management, business development, and leadership responsibilities.
