Structure Resources is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our client’s Indianapolis office. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, service-focused electrical contractor that specializes in design-build work across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.

Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator with deep experience in electrical construction who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will play a key role in managing the full estimating process—from takeoffs and proposals to client interface and project handoff—while contributing to overall preconstruction strategy and team development.

What They're Looking For:

• 8+ years of electrical estimating experience, ideally in large commercial, industrial, or water treatment projects
• Proficient in construction drawings, takeoffs, change orders, labor/material pricing, and proposal development
• Ability to lead complex design-build bids and delegate to team members based on experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Working knowledge of estimating software (Accubid preferred), Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
• A degree in a related field or a valid Electrical Journeyman’s License
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Indianapolis—this is an on-site position

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience training junior estimators and supporting department growth
• Familiarity with NEC and practical electrical design/build concepts
• Experience overseeing cost tracking and driving efficiency improvements
