
Senior Electrical Engineer – Ownership Path

Salary Range: $110,000 – $154,000 annually (DOE)
Total Compensation Package: $155,000 – $190,000+ (including bonuses, PTO, and benefits)

As a senior leader, you will not only direct complex projects but also mentor future engineers, shape client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Lead Electrical Design Oversee electrical design for complex projects in healthcare, institutional, lab, and multifamily sectors
Mentor & Develop Talent Guide junior engineers and foster cross-discipline collaboration.
Client Leadership Build and sustain relationships, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and repeat business.
Project Management Manage projects from concept through construction, balancing budgets, schedules, and technical quality.
Strategic Leadership Partner with firm leadership on business development, client engagement, and long-term strategy
Field Involvement Visit project sites (approx. 1–2 days every other month) to ensure design intent is successfully implemented.
What We’re Looking For
PE License: Active Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Experience: 8–10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with emphasis on healthcare, institutional, lab, or multifamily projects
Leadership Skills: Proven experience mentoring teams and leading technical design efforts.
Client Focus: Strong ability to manage expectations, deliver results, and build lasting trust.
Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across MEP disciplines in a team-oriented culture.
