  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design to commissioning
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and design teams
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards, grid connection requirements, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design outcomes
  • Support procurement activities including equipment specification and vendor evaluation
  • Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases
  • Identify and implement design improvements and value engineering opportunities

About You

You are a highly capable and experienced engineer with a strong track record in delivering large-scale solar projects.

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, grid integration, and electrical design principles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle (design to commissioning)
  • Proficiency in design and modelling tools (e.g. PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian standards and renewable energy frameworks
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers within a project environment
  • Ability to manage complex technical challenges and multiple project priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

What We Offer

  • Above-market salary package, reviewed annually
  • Annual bonus based on individual and business performance
  • Opportunity to lead large-scale renewable energy projects
  • Career progression within a growing renewables and infrastructure business
  • Supportive, high-performing engineering team
  • Access to professional development and training opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellbeing support
