A leading, employee-focused construction organization is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support large-scale Mission Critical, Data Center, Advanced Manufacturing, and Industrial projects throughout the United States.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead electrical engineering and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Review electrical systems and provide technical recommendations during design and construction
- Develop electrical estimates, budgets, and preconstruction support documentation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and equipment vendors
- Support constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives
- Participate in electrical equipment procurement and scope development
- Conduct field inspections and support quality assurance and quality control efforts
- Lead commissioning activities, functional testing, and project turnover processes
- Provide electrical sequencing and scheduling input to support successful project delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities
Desired Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, Mission Critical, or data center projects
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and critical power infrastructure
- Experience with commissioning, startup, testing, and electrical system turnover
- Knowledge of construction processes, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
- Experience reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Experience
- Mission Critical or Data Center project experience
- Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor project experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with BIM, Revit, Navisworks, or related construction technologies
