Job Description

Daran werden Sie wachsen:

  • Verantwortung für den strategischen Einkauf technischer Komponenten, Baugruppen und Dienstleistungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Einkaufs- und Warengruppenstrategien
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Preis-, Vertrags- und Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen
  • Steuerung komplexer Beschaffungsprojekte von der Anfrage bis zur Serienversorgung
  • Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie Identifikation neuer Lieferanten und Technologien
  • Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsprogrammen
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen, Audits und Performance-Reviews
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Lieferperformance und Versorgungssicherheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Engineering, Qualität, Produktion, Supply Chain und Projektmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen, Compliance-Vorgaben sowie Exportkontroll- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen im Defence-Umfeld
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Risiko- und Dual-Sourcing-Strategien zur Sicherstellung resilienter Lieferketten

Damit bringen Sie uns voran:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie sowie im Defence-, Luft- und Raumfahrtbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf technischer Komponenten und komplexer Lieferantenstrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler Lieferanten und globaler Beschaffungsprojekte
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement
  • Fundierte EDV−Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS−Office und SAP R3 oder S/4HANA wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
