We are searching for an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst to lead compliance for the Brazil commercial office and field organization, ensuring adherence to Brazilian regulatory requirements and corporate standards. The role focuses on occupational health and safety risks associated with clinical support activities, including biological exposure, sharps injuries, ionizing radiation exposure, corporate vehicle safety, ergonomics, and emergency preparedness for office personnel.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Develops, administers and implements environmental, health, and safety programs in accordance with governmental requirements.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of the EHS management system for the Brazil commercial organization in alignment with Brazilian regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable Brazilian occupational health and safety regulations (NRs), including management of occupational medical exams, risk assessments, and required documentation.
Identify, assess, and manage occupational risks associated with clinical support activities, including exposure to biological materials, bloodborne pathogens, sharps injuries, and contaminated devices.
Implement and oversee radiation protection programs for clinical specialists exposed to ionizing radiation during procedures, ensuring compliance with CNEN and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate radiation monitoring programs, training, and medical surveillance for employees exposed to radiation sources.
Develop and implement programs to manage field safety risks including corporate vehicle safety, travel safety, and incident prevention for field-based employees.
Conduct workplace risk assessments including ergonomic evaluations for office and field personnel.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and occupational exposures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented when environmental, health, or safety hazards are identified.
Lead emergency preparedness and response planning for the Brazil office, including evacuation plans, drills, and emergency procedures.
Deliver EHS training and awareness programs related to biosafety, sharps injury prevention, radiation safety, ergonomics, and safe driving
Support regulatory inspections and audits and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory authorities.
Maintain required EHS documentation and reporting in accordance with Brazilian legal requirements and corporate standards.
