The EHS Senior Analyst will support and lead the implementation of the Eaton MESH (Management System of Environmental, Safety and Health) at the Ankara Temelli site. This role focuses on risk prevention, incident management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with site leadership and employees at all levels.
Lead and support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Eaton MESH system in line with legal and local requirements
Drive incident and near-miss management, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Perform and support proactive and preventive risk assessments (WRA, ergonomic, operational risks)
Ensure accurate EHS data management and reporting using MESH Prism and internal systems
Track, validate, and close MESH, audit, and regulatory findings in a timely manner
Maintain EHS operational controls, procedures, and PM programs across the site
Coordinate and track EHS training, maintaining training matrices and completion status
Actively promote a strong, zero-incident EHS culture through employee engagement and EHS teams
