We are looking for a Senior Electrical & Electronic (EE) Test & Validation Engineer to support the development and quality assurance of next-generation automotive systems.

This role focuses on system-level and vehicle-level validation of EE functions, ensuring that all electrical and electronic features operate reliably, safely, and in line with design requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

The role involves working in a modern automotive development environment with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure end-to-end system quality and integration.

• 
  Perform validation of EE systems at ECU, subsystem, and full vehicle level.
• 
  Design and execute test cases and test scenarios based on system requirements and technical specifications.
• 
  Conduct functional, integration, and system-level testing on bench setups, simulation environments, and real vehicles.
• 
  Analyze test data, logs, and signals to evaluate system behavior and identify issues.
• 
  Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams.
• 
  Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality and project milestones.
• 
  Report test progress, risks, and validation results to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• 
  Experience in automotive EE testing or system-level validation (ECU / system / vehicle level).
• 
  Preferred: hands-on experience with vehicle-level testing or automotive development projects.
• 
  Good understanding of automotive EE architecture and ECU interactions.
• 
  Experience with automotive communication protocols such as
  CAN/ LIN/ Ethernet/ UDS/ DoIP
  .
• 
  Experience using testing or diagnostic tools such as
  CANoe, CANalyzer, or equivalent tools
  .
• 
  Understanding of automotive development and testing processes (V-model / V&V).
• 
  Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• 
  Good English communication skills (spoken and written), including technical reading and reporting.
