Role: Senior Educator/ Room Leader - Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Location: Redland Bay

Centre: Goodstart Redland Bay

Employment Type: Full time - Monday to Friday 6.00am to 6.45pm

Pay: $39.85 to $41.05 plus Super and additional benefits

As a Room Leader at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You’ll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

  • Seeking Room Lead with Strong experience that will hit the ground running
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
