Job Title: Senior SAP ECP Consultant

Altivate is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ECP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors (SF), and integration with SAP ERP (ECC). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CPI integration, SFAPI, and SuccessFactors to ECC replication. This is an onsite role requiring travel based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP ECP solutions to meet client payroll processing requirements.
• Manage integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and SAP ECP, ensuring smooth data flow and system compatibility.
• Develop and maintain CPI integrations and SFAPI connections for seamless payroll processing and employee data management.
• Work on replication processes from SF EC to SAP ECC, ensuring accurate data mapping and synchronization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in SuccessFactors, CPI, and SAP ECP environments.
• Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP ECP and HCM Payroll modules, addressing payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance to streamline payroll and HCM operations.
• Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements and configurations.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization to enhance SAP ECP capabilities.
• Willingness to travel onsite as per client project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, and HCM Payroll.
• Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SFAPI for seamless integration.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC replication.
• Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP ECP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an added advantage.
