Senior EC Marketing Manager
• Builds and manages strategic e-commerce partnerships with key online retailers and marketplaces, leveraging these partnerships to secure prime positioning, expand customer reach, and drive mutually beneficial sales growth.
• Develops deep expertise in various e-commerce platforms to optimize brand presence, product assortment, and marketing strategies for each channel.
• Executes account strategies in line with customer priorities, driving collaborative business plans with partners to achieve growth goals, utilizing established operating models to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and e-commerce metrics to track progress against goals, using this data to inform continuous improvement efforts and strategic adjustments, preparing detailed reports;
• Ensures close collaboration with e-commerce partners and Sales Leaders in various districts to realize sales targets for partners, providing valuable input to the online channel.
• Manages and develops employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 7 years of solid experience at E-Commerce marketing, EC trade marketing, campaign, paid media.
