location: Gojra, Onsite ( Company provide accommodation and 3 time meal facility)

We are looking for a detail-driven and experienced eBay Listing Optimizer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-converting eBay listings while ensuring SEO best practices, proper categorization, and accurate product data. This role demands deep platform knowledge, content creativity, and a results-oriented mindset to increase product visibility, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Listing Creation & Optimization:

• Create and optimize eBay product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, and HTML descriptions.
  
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance search visibility.
  
• Write clean, attractive, and informative content aligned with buyer search behavior and platform policies.
  
• Select appropriate item specifics, categories, and conditions to improve listing relevance.
  
• Should have knowledge about eBay promotions.
  

eBay SEO & Market Research

• Use eBay Terapeak and other research tools to analyze trends, pricing, and keyword performance.
  

• Benchmark top competitors and identify gaps and opportunities for listing improvement.
  

• Continuously update listings based on eBay algorithm changes and seasonal trends.
  

Inventory & Listing Management:

• Apply and manage listing stock and orders using eBay listing tools (e.g., Linnworks).
  

• Ensure consistency in layout, branding, and compliance with eBay listing policies.
  

• Handle multi-variation listings and product bundling for better visibility and conversions.
  

Visual & Content Enhancement:

• Collaborate with the design team to improve product images, infographics, and gallery layout.
  

• Recommend updates to visual assets to meet eBays image guidelines and buyer expectations.
  

• Ensure mobile-friendly formatting and clean HTML code when applicable.
  

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track listing performance (views, impressions, sales, CTR, conversion rate).

Identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies.

Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eBay listing creation, optimization, and SEO (12 years preferred).
  

• Deep knowledge of eBay platform tools, policies, and search algorithm.
  

• Experience with keyword research tools like Terapeak, Zik Analytics, or Title Builder.
  

• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
  

• Familiarity with HTML listing templates and responsive design.
  

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
