Air Charter Service is the flagship company of the group and is the biggest aviation brokerage in the world.

The GSSC (Global Shared Services Center) is a centralized internal entity that houses non-sales functions (such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance and others) under one roof to support the group’s business needs.

About the job This position will be based in the GSSC office in Mumbai and collaborate closely with the Training Team at our head office in London. They will design, create and deliver interactive digital learning experiences using authoring tools, multimedia and instructional design principles that align with learning outcomes and brand standards. They will apply insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences, delivered for our worldwide employees via our Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• E-learning creation: design and deliver online learning course content that captivates and resonates with learners
• LMS management: administer and manage the in-house LMS (Learning Management System)
• Project management: participate and contribute to projects aimed at designing effective online courses that elevate learner experience
• Stakeholder management liaise with various stakeholders in the business to drive learner engagement and success

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline although a qualification in Instructional Design or Education will be advantageous
2. Recognized qualification in training such as CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia
• Strong sense of visual design principles and meticulous attention to detail

Work Experience Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an instructional designer and/or an eLearning creator. Proven experience in designing and delivering online e-learning course content. Experience in managing Learning Management Systems, ideally Access LMS. Experience in Project Management and stakeholder management.
