Do you have a passion for building brands in one of the fastest-growing online markets in the world? P&G is looking for a Marketing professional with hands-on experience in E-Commerce to join our team as a Senior E-Commerce Traffic Manager. You will be responsible for development and end-to-end execution of e-commerce traffic strategy leveraging your existing experience and P&G best practices from over the world.
At P&G, E-Commerce professionals are the leaders who influence online retailers' decisions and grow the turnover of our brands by using enhanced data-based commercial techniques.
As a Senior E-commerce Traffic Manager you will:
Create traffic strategies for 3 P&G categories aimed at stepping up the ROI of multimillion investments at this retailer.
Analyze, plan and manually execute numerous traffic campaigns holistically across different tools at the retailer.
Develop and implement advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance in real-time, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize investments and accelerate business growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional P&G teams and cultivate strong relationships with Wildberries' multifunctional teams to ensure a sustainable, mutually beneficial partnership.

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
A higher education diploma
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
At least 3 years of up-to-date experience in hands-on-keyboard bidding (mix of onsite tools) at Wildberries or Ozon: deep understanding of e-retailer algorithms, tools, and optimization technics
Strong familiarity with key sales drivers and peculiarities at Wildberries or Ozon
Advanced data analytics skills to determine campaign effectiveness in real time and facilitate data-informed decision-making
At least 1 year of hands-on-keyboard experience in external traffic campaigns management/optimization (Yandex network; TG/VK; experience of buying media packages from e-retailers)
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and goals are met
Strong communication skills to become an integral part of the existing multifunctional team
Agility and ability to learn fast in a challenging environment and act in unforeseen circumstances
Strong leadership and passion towards further development in the e-com channel
Proven leadership skills, out-of-the-box thinking and high discipline
