We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to drive the growth and performance of our online business across major marketplaces, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketplace campaigns, managing advertising performance, analyzing business metrics, and identifying growth opportunities to maximize sales, profitability, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with e-commerce advertising and marketplace operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Manage and optimize store performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to achieve GMV, revenue, traffic, and profitability targets
Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including Traffic, Conversion Rate (CR), Orders, GMV, ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Average Order Value (AOV)
Identify business opportunities through data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer behavior insights
Plan and execute platform campaigns, Mega Campaigns, and promotional activities in alignment with business objectives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness, including product assortment, pricing, promotion, and inventory planning
Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve future executions.
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing e-commerce businesses on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising solutions and performance marketing
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into business actions
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Beauty, or related industries is preferred
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Performance Marketing, or Digital Commerce
Experience managing marketplace campaigns and driving revenue growth is highly preferred.
Skills & Tools
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for business analysis and reporting
Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or other reporting tools
Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and digital marketing metrics
Familiarity with CPAS, GAS, Meta Ads, and Google Ads is an advantage.
