About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our internal ERP ecosystem, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and integrated systems. You will lead enterprise-wide implementations, manage integrations with various platforms, and drive digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies. This position requires strong collaboration skills, project planning and execution abilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and train our internal user community to help us scale the system to support rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive driver with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Preferred qualifications include SQL, PowerBI/reporting, and data analysis skills, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (FI and/or SCM), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Fundamentals Certification, experience with SQL Server and BI tools, and Six Sigma, Transactional Lean, or similar certification. The team includes a Sr ERP Admin (John Oliver) and BA/QA (Travie), fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are looking for a candidate who is a "driver" and will actively participate in meetings, while also understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
