Job Description

We are looking for a Senior DWH Analyst to support the design and development of complex Data Warehouse solutions within a large-scale banking data environment. The role focuses on data modelling, source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and hands-on SQL prototyping , covering the full analytical process from understanding data requirements and identifying source data through solution design, implementation support, and testing. The consultant will work closely with DWH Developers to ensure data models and processing logic are correctly implemented and deliver reliable, high-quality data for analytical and reporting needs. Responsibilities • Gather and analyse user data requirements • Map business needs to DWH information structures and reports • Define target data models for new changes • Identify relevant source data • Prepare detailed source to target mappings • Design data transformation and processing logic • Build and test SQL prototypes • Support Developers during implementation • Test completed DWH solutions • Validate data quality and implemented logic • Coordinate analytical work related to individual changes • Prepare and maintain analytical documentation Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience working with data and Data Warehouses as an Analyst • Minimum 5 years of data modelling and DWH process modelling experience • Strong practical Data Warehouse knowledge • Experience actually building or designing Data Warehouse solutions • Strong data modelling experience • Experience designing universal data models • Experience defining data processing algorithms and processes • Strong source to target mapping experience • Very good SQL in any technology • Ability to independently prepare and test SQL prototypes • Strong analytical skills • English minimum B2 Nice to have • Banking or financial services experience • Microsoft Azure • Databricks • Experience with large enterprise DWH environments Benefits • Flexible hybrid model (1 day/week onsite in Warsaw/Wrocław/Gdańsk) • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
