End-to-End Solution Accountability

  • Maintain accountability for solution integrity from design through implementation, ensuring continuity between proposal assumptions and program execution.

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure designed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with operational realities.

  • Serve as a subject matter escalation point for programs requiring design adjustments or strategic guidance post-award.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing.

  • Align stakeholders around unified solution strategies and navigate competing priorities to deliver cohesive program designs.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving progress in time-sensitive and complex environments.

Practice Leadership & Capability Development

  • Define and standardize solution design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency in program design.

  • Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members, strengthening internal consulting capabilities.

  • Contribute to development of training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Market & Industry Leadership

  • Maintain deep expertise in DSM, electrification, and distributed energy resource programs, including regulatory and evaluation considerations.

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform solution strategies.

  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in client settings and, where applicable, industry forums.

Product & Offering Strategy

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to shape the direction of solutions and service offerings.

  • Identify gaps in current offerings and drive development of new capabilities aligned with market demand.

  • Influence long-term solution roadmap through direct application of market insights.

Commercial Impact & Growth Contribution

  • Contribute directly to revenue growth through development of winning solutions and competitive positioning.

  • Support pricing strategies, cost modeling, and financial analyses to ensure commercial viability.
