About the Role
As a Disaster Recovery Analytics Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our recovery capabilities, applying analytical rigor to ensure our resilience strategies are measurable, realistic, and defensible. You'll develop comprehensive oversight frameworks, collaborate with data teams to build insightful dashboards, and engage with stakeholders across the organization to align recovery expectations with technical realities.

Our team works cross- functionally to implement and validate recovery strategies that protect critical business operations.

You're an analytically-minded professional with strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear frameworks. You thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining the confidence to uphold standards when necessary. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to engage effectively with both technical teams and management, building understanding and alignment around recovery objectives.

For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 3,200€ and 5,300€ for a full-time role.

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
