Job description: Experienced capital markets and fintech professional with 8-12 years of industry experience, including 3 - 4 years in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and blockchain environments. Strong knowledge of the securities asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration, with hands-on experience across major public and hybrid blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana and XRP Ledger. Well-versed in DLT concepts including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms. Skilled in designing token economics models and driving stakeholder adoption strategies.
