Your Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and continuously optimize JIRA and Confluence to ensure structured workflows, clear ownership, and transparent cross-functional communication
  • Define, implement, and enforce documentation governance processes to ensure correctness, completeness, and traceability
  • Establish and maintain structured issue logging processes, including defect tracking, escalation paths, and ownership models
  • Drive and formalize root cause analysis (RCA) workflows in collaboration with R&D and Production teams
  • Create and maintain process documentation for issue management, change control, and documentation release
  • Act as the interface between Production and R&D, ensuring alignment on documentation, technical changes, and process updates
  • Manage full documentation lifecycle, including version control, revision tracking, approval workflows, and release status• Coordinate formal release of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) created by engineering teams
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, engineering changes, production updates, and released documentation
  • Develop structured dashboards and reporting systems in JIRA and Confluence for management visibility
  • Create clear process diagrams, system overviews, workflow charts, and responsibility matrices
  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive reports for upper management
  • Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring documentation accuracy, accessibility, and process adherence
  • Continuously improve documentation and process efficiency across departments

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Documentation, Quality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in document management and/or process management within a production environment for mechatronic systems• Proven experience configuring and administering JIRA and Confluence (workflows, templates, permissions, dashboards, automation rules)
  • Strong experience defining and enforcing structured documentation and issue management processes• Experience implementing root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, structured corrective actions)
  • Strong understanding of change management, version control, release procedures, and traceability in hardware/software environments
  • Experience working at the interface between R&D and production/manufacturing
  • Experience managing SOP releases and ensuring production documentation readiness
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with close attention to detail
  • Strong visual communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear documentation and presentations
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with professional design sense for executive communication
  • Experience in production environments for mechatronic or electromechanical systems
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel

Beneficial Skills

  • Experience with PLM, ERP, MES, or QMS systems
  • Familiarity with ISO-based quality management systems and audit preparation• Knowledge of CAPA processes and structured corrective/preventive action systems
  • Experience in robotics or complex electro-mechanical system production
  • Certification in quality or process management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Experience driving cross-department process harmonization initiatives
  • Background in continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
