About the job

In this role, you will oversee and drive sales performance across designated countries within the Independent Retail, ensuring strong commercial results, operational excellence, and effective partnership management. You will provide strategic direction, coach District Managers, and maintain brand consistency while fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive sales performance across assigned countries, ensuring achievement of targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and distributors, conducting regular business reviews.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach District Managers to foster a high‑performance culture.
  • Monitor sell‑out results, KPIs, and inventory levels, providing actionable commercial insights.
  • Oversee payment control and credit management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support new store openings, implement sales initiatives, and identify new business opportunities.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or Luxury Brand Management.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales management or a similar role within an international environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, and solid financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and with multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
