The Senior Director of Technical Program Management is a senior engineering leader responsible for leading a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) driving post-silicon execution across complex Arm-based System-on-Chip (SoC) development programs.
The primary focus of this role is leading a high-performing TPM organization that drives predictable program execution, cross-functional alignment, proactive risk management, and successful delivery of critical post-silicon development milestones through silicon validation and production readiness.
This is a hands-on people leadership role requiring deep understanding of SoC development, strong technical program management expertise, and the ability to establish operational rigor across a highly matrixed engineering organization. The successful candidate will develop TPM talent, establish scalable program management practices, and ensure clear visibility into program health, dependencies, risks, and execution readiness.
The ability to influence senior engineering leadership, drive accountability, and resolve complex cross-functional challenges is essential.
At Arm, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to advanced silicon technologies that support the next generation of computing.
