About Us

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee all North American income, sales & use, and property tax activities across the U.S. and Canada

  • Ensure accurate IFRS tax accounting, provisions, and disclosures, including deferred taxes (IAS 12) and uncertain tax positions (IA 37)

  • Direct all tax compliance activities, including filings, estimated payments, and refund claims

  • Manage federal, state/provincial, and local tax audits, appeals, and related litigation

  • Provide tax leadership and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations

  • Translate complex tax matters into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership and key partners

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, HR, and Operations

  • Assume other responsibilities commensurate with the scope and impact of the role.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; CPA or JD preferred

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or applicable field

  • Deep technical expertise across income tax, sales & use tax, and property tax

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams

  • Experience managing relationships with external auditors, advisors, and tax authorities

  • Proven involvement in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, IPOs, or major business transformations

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with executive presence
