Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Organizational Capability
- Partner with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to implement organization and talent planning process to identify and address organizational capability gaps and workforce development priorities.
- Develop and execute a company-wide talent and learning strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive enterprise talent management initiatives include succession planning, high-potential programs, career architecture, and leadership pipeline development.
- Build frameworks that support organizational agility, internal mobility, and employee retention.
Leadership Development
- Design and deliver leadership development programs for front line leaders, emerging leaders, managers, directors, and executives.
- Create scalable leadership capability models aligned with company values and growth expectations.
- Coach senior leaders and provide consultation on team effectiveness, change leadership, and organizational performance.
- Lead executive development initiatives to strengthen strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Learning & Development
- Establish the company’s learning ecosystem using digital, experiential, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Oversee enterprise learning platforms, learning operations, and vendor partnerships.
- Create scalable technical, professional, and compliance learning programs across global teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development.
Performance & Talent Processes
- Lead enterprise performance management philosophy and processes to drive accountability and growth.
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, manager effectiveness, and organizational culture.
- Integrate talent reviews, development planning, and succession planning into a cohesive talent strategy.
- Use data and analytics to measure learning effectiveness, talent outcomes, engagement, and organizational health.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-level talent and learning teams in high-growth technology or innovation-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable leadership and talent programs in rapidly changing environments.
- Experience supporting global and distributed workforces in manufacturing and engineering.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Expertise in leadership development, organizational design, and adult learning principles.
- Experience with modern learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging talent analytics and workforce insights.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Pay Range:
P95-USA-1 :$187,450.00 - $267,750.00
