Company Background

We are representing our client a federal statutory body in Malaysia responsible to look for a Senior Director, Strategic Planning

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the organization's strategic plan based on its vision, mission, and objectives.
• Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of operations.
  
• 
  Manage the organization's KPI process, including training and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• 
  Evaluate organizational performance using appropriate performance measurement systems.
  
• 
  Ensure the timely preparation of KPI Dashboard and Strategic Goals Initiative Scorecard reports.
  
• 
  Ensure continuous communication sessions with internal stakeholders (Management and Staff) regarding the organization's strategic goals and the implementation of initiatives.
  
• 
  Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders on KPI and SSG8, including related reports, data, and information.
  
• 
  Conduct reviews or research through academic studies on policies and operational practices related to the water and sewerage industry.
  
• 
  Assist the Executive Director with matters and duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
• Good understanding of water services, sewerage or utilities industries

• Working hours: Mon-Fri
• 2 years contract
• Working location : Cyberjaya
