Lilly's Software Product Engineering (SPE) organization builds the platforms and products that power how Lilly discovers medicines, runs clinical trials, manufactures at scale, brings therapies to market, and supports patients across their care journey. Our portfolio spans agentic AI platforms, drug discovery tooling, connected lab and clinical systems, patient-facing digital products, and enterprise developer infrastructure used across the company. SPE engineers ship software that is used daily by Lilly scientists, clinicians, commercial teams, and patients themselves.

As a Software Engineering Lead based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will be a senior technical contributor and team leader working on the platforms and products at the core of SPE's portfolio — shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and helping us build software that meaningfully accelerates Lilly's mission.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$177,000 - $292,600
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
