
The Senior Director, Quality Management Systems is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, roadmap, governance, and value delivery for Pfizer's global Quality Management digital product portfolio, aligned to the Digital Quality strategy and investment priorities established by the Digital Quality Solutions Lead and Pfizer Quality leadership.
The role provides product leadership for the Veeva Quality Vault ecosystem, including QualityDocs and electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) capabilities, alongside complementary quality and records management solutions such as SDS and EDES. The portfolio also includes AI-enabled quality solutions that support quality management processes, including DEVI, CLAIRE, DELTA, Agentic Batch Release, and future Quality Intelligence Centre capabilities.
Working in close partnership with Quality business stakeholders and the Quality Solutions Lead, this role translates Quality strategy and operating model priorities into scalable digital products and services that improve compliance, standardization, operational efficiency, and user experience across Pfizer's global quality network.
The incumbent is accountable for product vision, roadmap execution, value realization, and lifecycle management across the portfolio, while ensuring solutions remain aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise technology standards.

Key business stakeholders in Pfizer Global Supply include but are not limited to VP QSEO Systems and Compliance, VP QSEO Transformation Lead. Quality Organizations within Pfizer R&D.
Annual portfolio accountability of approximately $15M-$30M+ across software, services and strategic investment initiatives.
Direct leadership of Product Managers, Senior Managers and Directors.
Matrix leadership of global delivery, engineering, validation, data and vendor teams.
Accountability for large external partner and managed service relationships.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,900.00 to $358,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
