Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and implement the project management vision, governance model, and operating framework.

- Align project delivery strategy with business growth objectives.

- Act as a senior escalation point for critical programs and risks.

Portfolio & Delivery Oversight:

- Oversee large, high-value programs.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Drive standardized methodologies.

- Implement KPI tracking.

Operational Excellence:

- Establish and improve project management processes and tools.

- Lead resource planning and capacity management.

- Drive efficiency initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Build executive-level client relationships.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Support business development efforts.

Financial & Commercial Accountability:

- Own portfolio financial performance.

- Manage forecasting and cost control.

- Identify financial risks and opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor Project Managers.

- Establish career paths and training.

- Drive talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

- 12–15+ years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a mangerial role.

- Strong project management and delivery experience.

- Financial management experience.

- Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience scaling project management functions.

- Familiarity with clinical trials and the role of data monitoring committees.

- Global delivery experience.
