
The Program Management Director is a key member of the NPSG Leadership Team. As a member of the NPSG team, this role plays an integral part in enabling NPSG’s mission of supporting all Regional Producing Bottlers (RPBs) by maximizing System production efficiencies and market opportunities to strengthen the competitiveness of the Coca-Cola System in the United States. The Director has primary responsibility for leading large, system-wide initiatives across the North American bottling network. This role will lead cross-functional project teams made up of bottlers, bottling co-ops, NAOU and global technical resources in the development and commercialization of new packages and equipment. This position will lead multiple large-scale, complex initiatives simultaneously.
These activities require strong program management skills, the ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional project teams, experience with change management best practices, and effective communication of complex business cases to senior leadership.
