About the job

Beyond YouTube’s ad products, YouTube offers diverse products to enable fans to “fund” their favorite creators, giving them more ways than ever to earn on YouTube and do what they love. Our Fan Funding products include Paid Digital Goods, like virtual Gifts, and Channel Memberships, which enable channels to provide exclusive content and other perks to their monthly-paying members.

As the Senior Director of Product Management for Fan Funding, your job will be to set and execute the strategy for growth/expansion, product improvement, and innovation for the Paid Digital Goods and Channel Memberships products on YouTube. You will independently drive and manage these businesses.

In this role, you’ll work closely with peers in Engineering and UX, as well as Product Activation, Marketing, Finance, and Partnerships to build amazing products and grow their global adoption and business generation. This role involves driving change to both our viewer and creator facing systems as well as much cross-team coordination with other tech teams, like YouTube Commerce and YouTube Live.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
