Reports To Head of DevEx & AI Tooling
While the posting title reflects the market-facing nature of the role, this position operates at a Senior Director level with enterprise-wide accountability for platform standards, developer experience, and engineering productivity outcomes.
Operating with a product mindset, you will partner with Infrastructure, Security, Developer Experience, and AI teams to establish standards that become the preferred path for engineering teams globally. Rather than operating tools directly, you will define what good is, increase adoption, and measure outcomes through data and continuous improvement.
