The Senior Director Pastry & 7Days will lead the End-to-End Pastry business (~$900MM NR) and Global 7Days Brand, propelling it towards the ambitious Global Vision of $1.5Bn Net Revenue in 2030. This role combines Business, P&L, Brand and Organization responsibility. You are leading the multi-functional Pastry team with four direct reports and will develop and align End-to-End strategies and plans to maximize sufficiency short- mid- and long-term. Furthermore, you are the leader of the Global 7Days Brand Equity, Portfolio, Innovation, Communication and Activation. In this role you will closely partner with a broad range of senior stakeholders locally (incl. Commercial Unit Managing Directors & Marketing Directors), regionally (incl. Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Insights & Analytics leaders), globally (incl. CMO, Category VP, roll-out BU leadership teams) and externally (as owner of the Agency relationships). Under your leadership you will elevate the long-term business model, unlocking new Vectors of Growth and whitespace opportunities.
