North Lead operations strategy for IFM and Asset Services across the region, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Operations Leadership: Drive operational excellence and standardization across all sites.
• Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements; manage risk registers.
• Financial Oversight: Own P&L for operations; monitor budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
• Innovation: Implement technology-driven solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
• Executive Reporting: Present operational performance and strategic plans to leadership.

About You:

• Graduate/Postgraduate; 15+ years in facility management leadership.
• Expertise in operations strategy and governance.
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
