Job Description

HRSI is looking for Senior Director, Operations for one of its leading client.

10 or more years in operations, finance or supply chain leadership, with at least 5 years managing several functions and their managers at the same time
Strong accounting fundamentals. Ability to fluently read a P&L and balance sheet closely and know when the numbers are wrong
Experience supporting or working inside US-based companies. Direct US work experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with US, Canadian or UK accounting practices is a real advantage
A record of taking cost out of a business or improving margin, with numbers to back it up
Experience running HR or an office of similar size, or clear evidence you can
Hands-on comfort with ERP systems. Odoo experience is a plus
Experience in IT hardware and software resale, distribution or e-commerce operations is a plus but not required
Strong written and spoken English. You will work daily with US leadership, vendors and outside accountants
