Another Source’s client, Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises (CPP Foundation, Inc.), is recruiting a Senior Director of TRIO Pre-College Programs to join their team in Pomona, California.
Because of the hands-on nature of the TRIO programs, this position requires approximately 40% travel, participation in evening and weekend student programming, and living on campus for approximately three weeks during the residential summer program to help ensure a safe, engaging, and successful experience for participating students.

Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises (CPP Foundation, Inc.) partners with Cal Poly Pomona to advance educational access and student success through innovative programs and services. The TRIO Pre-College Programs support students in preparing for college through federally funded initiatives that provide academic enrichment, college advising, financial aid guidance, and career exploration. This role provides the opportunity to oversee seven Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math Science programs that make a lasting impact on students and their families.
About this role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management Services, the Senior Director plans, organizes, and oversees the activities and operations of several target audience pre-college programs, namely TRIO. This includes seven Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math Science federally funded programs. The Senior Director authors grant proposals, ensures funding for programs, ensures programmatic, budget regulation and expenditure compliance, writes program curriculum, submits program reports to funding agencies, supervises and evaluates performance of program classified staff, instructors and students, and performs other duties as assigned.
