Senior Director of Technology
Location: Wilmington, DE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

The Senior Director of Technology is a critical piece of our Security Products suite and will oversee global team members.
Some of the things that you’ll be doing…
Strategic Planning: Responsible for developing the strategic vision, objectives, and goals for Security Products in accordance with the CTO vision set forth for the business unit. They align the different Security Products with the organization's overall security strategy and ensure that the teams support the business's needs.
Team Management: Manager oversees a global team of Software Engineers and professionals. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and managing the Developers.
Technology Management: Responsible for managing the proprietary technologies used for DBS Digital assets 24/7 environment. This includes Domain Management, Brand Protection, Fraud Protection, Security monitoring tools, DomainSec intelligence platform, Domain Manager security tools and other technologies.
Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the technology operations. Comply with Security activities, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the various teams within the organization as well as senior management and stakeholders.
Client communication: Meet with customers to go over various reporting, provide technical analysis of Technology incidents. Meet with new customers to handle onboarding and portal access.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve our Technologies capabilities, processes, and procedures. They stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Technology ecosystem.
Applicable technical skills, experience and qualifications required:
Minimum ten years of recent experience in Software Development
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working in a large global organization
Knowledge of Security Products
10+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the field of Software Development
Bilingual/Multilingual skills preferred
Customer management software experience
Technical background must be in the Cyber Security space
Knowledge of Cyber Security threat vectors
Risk Mitigation & Management
Good knowledge of IT, Internet and Data Center Technology
Practical experience with data center operations and environments
Operational experience is a plus
