Plans, manages, and coordinates the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing operation of enterprise software applications, administrative and academic technology services, and cloud-based platforms for CT State Community College. Provides leadership and oversight for college-wide software ecosystems through regular engagement with campuses, functional stakeholders, and IT teams. Leads collaboration with customers, management, IT colleagues, vendors, and consultants to define, deliver, and sustain reliable, secure, and cost-effective application and cloud services aligned with institutional priorities.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with four (4) or more years of professional-level experience managing enterprise applications or cloud services and two (2) or more years of experience supervising others; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience leading to the competencies required for successful performance of the position’s essential duties.
